Ingredients:

• 500 ml – cow Milk
• 50 ml – fresh non-sour Yoghurt
• 2 sprigs – Basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – makhana seeds, roasted lightly
• 1/2 cup – Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix milk, beaten yoghurt, basil and sugar.
  2. Stir with a spoon till the sugar gets completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate it till required.
  4. 15 mins before serving, add makhana seeds and stir.
  5. Serve it cold.
