Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – gram flour
• 4 tbsps – Ghee
• 6 – crushed Cardamoms

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and gradually add the flour.
  2. Fry till brown.
  3. Remove from heat and add the cardamom, sugar and nuts. Mix well.
  4. Allow to cool and form into balls, with the help of a little ghee if necessary.
