Ingredients:
• Brinjal – 2
• Onion – 1
• Tamarind juice – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Take long pieces of brinjal and fry in oil with onions till tender.
- Add a little tamarind juice, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Fry for few minutes.
- Serve with rice or roti.
