Ingredients:
• 8 slices – sandwich bread
• 4 slices – cheese
• 1 – Tomato sliced finely
• 4 slices – thinly sliced Cucumber
• 3 tsp – Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Butter the bread well on one side.
- Place a slice of cheese on 4 slices of bread.
- Place the tomato and cucumber slices over the cheese.
- Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut away the hard crusts and cut each sandwich diagonally.
