
Ingredients:
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Ginger -1/2 inch
• Green chillies – 2
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Tamarind – 1 piece
• Salt to taste
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 1 sprig
• Asafoetida – 1 pinch
• Red Chillies – 2
• Oil for tadka
Method:
- Grind coconut, green chillies, ginger, salt, sugar and tamarind in the mixie.
- Make a tadka of oil, urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, asafoetida and pour it in the ground chutney and enjoy it with idlis or dosas.
