
Ingredients:
• shredded sour Mango – 2 cup
• peeled and grated Apple – 2 cup
• Sugar – 2.5 cup
• chilli powder – 4 tsp
• mustard – 2 tsp
• Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp
• cumin – 1/2 tsp
• asafetida – 1 tsp
• oil – 1/2 cup
• salt – 2.5 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, season with mustard, cumin fenugreek and asafetida.
- Add mango, apples and sugar and cook till the mixture is reduced to a pulp.
- Mix in the salt.
- Cool and transfer into clean jar.
- Store in refrigerator.
