Ingredients:

• 200g – dried Figs (Anjeer)
• 50g – Almonds
• 10g – desi Ghee

Method:

  1. Finely chop dried figs. Crush the almonds in a mixer.
  2. In a mixing bowl put chopped dried figs and almonds.
  3. Cook the mixture in ghee
  4. When it cools, mix evenly using your palms and a little ghee.
  5. Grease a tray with a little ghee.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
  7. Use a heavy copper glass and pat all across the mixture to make it compact.
