• Puris – as needed
• 4 medium – Alphonso mangoes
• 4 medium – Pairi mangoes
• Sugar as required
- Soak all the mangoes in water for at least two hours.
- Press the mangoes lightly with finger tips to loosen the pulp.
- Remove the tip, press harder and take out all the pulp, keep aside in a bowl.
- Place the pulp in a blender, add sugar and blend till smooth.
- Pour the blended juice in a bowl and chill.
- Serve with hot puris.
