• Puris – as needed
• 4 medium – Alphonso mangoes
• 4 medium – Pairi mangoes
• Sugar as required


  1. Soak all the mangoes in water for at least two hours.
  2. Press the mangoes lightly with finger tips to loosen the pulp.
  3. Remove the tip, press harder and take out all the pulp, keep aside in a bowl.
  4. Place the pulp in a blender, add sugar and blend till smooth.
  5. Pour the blended juice in a bowl and chill.
  6. Serve with hot puris.
