Ingredients:
• 1 pound – seedless Dates
• 100 g – Almonds
• 100 g – Pistachios
• 100 g – Cashew nuts
• 2 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Grind the dates in a grinder.
- Chop all the dry fruits.
- In a pan, heat ghee and add ground dates and dry fruit together.
- Mix all the ingredients in a pan for about 10 minutes on medium to low fire.
- Let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
- Make long cylindrical rolls with the hand.
- Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden.
- Then cut it into round pieces.
- Serve.
