Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 2 to 3 medium-sized boiled Potatoes (mashed well)
• 2 tbsp – Ghee or Butter
• little Milk ( to soften the mashed potatoes)
• 2 – eggs (hard boiled)
• finely chopped Green chillies (as per taste)

Method:

  1. Clean, wash and soak the rice for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice to a smooth starchy consistency (do not drain away the starch).
  3. Mix together the mashed potatoes, ghee or butter, little milk and salt.
  4. Mash the eggs, add little salt and some chopped green chillies.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve steaming hot rice with mashed potatoes and eggs.
  7. To relish, eat with your fingers.
