Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp – neem flower
• 2 tsp – sundakaai vathal
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan, and add all ingredients and dry fry the ingredients
  2. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder
  3. Serve the angaya podi with hot rice and ghee.
