Ingredients:
• 1 – Apple chopped into small chunks
• 1- Potato boiled, peeled and chopped into chunks
• 1 cup – shredded Cabbage
• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 1/2 cup – boiled sweet Corn
• 1 cup – Pineapple pieces
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
- Whisk together cream, yoghurt and sugar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Chill and serve.
