Ingredients:

• 2 – apples
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon power

Method:

  1. Peel the apples and cut into pieces.
  2. Boil it for 3- 5 minutes till apples are softened and mash well.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice to it.
  4. Leave it to boil for 8-10 minutes or till dry.
  5. Add cinnamon powder to it and mix well.
  6. Once it comes to a room temperature, transfers to a sterilised jar.
