• 2 – apples
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon power
- Peel the apples and cut into pieces.
- Boil it for 3- 5 minutes till apples are softened and mash well.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to it.
- Leave it to boil for 8-10 minutes or till dry.
- Add cinnamon powder to it and mix well.
- Once it comes to a room temperature, transfers to a sterilised jar.
