Ingredients:

• 2 large dessert apples
• 600 ml. boiling water
• ½ tsp. Sugar

Method:

  1. Chop the apples and put into a bowl, then pour the boiling water over.
  2. Add the sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes, covered. Strain into a jug and allow to cool.
  3. Place ice cubes in tall glasses and pour the appleade over.
  4. You can decorate with a slice of apple and a sprig of fresh mint.
