Ingredients:
• 2 large dessert apples
• 600 ml. boiling water
• ½ tsp. Sugar
Method:
- Chop the apples and put into a bowl, then pour the boiling water over.
- Add the sugar and leave to stand for 10 minutes, covered. Strain into a jug and allow to cool.
- Place ice cubes in tall glasses and pour the appleade over.
- You can decorate with a slice of apple and a sprig of fresh mint.
