Ingredients:

• Ash Gourd, peeled and cut lengthwise – 250 g
• Cucumber, peeled and cut lengthwise – 1
• Ivy gourd – A hand full
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
• Mint leaves
• Green chilli – 1 (optional)
• Juice of 1 Lemon

Method:

  1. Blend the sliced ash gourd, cucumber, leaves, and the green chilli (optional) together and extract the juice.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice, stir and serve.
