Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 8 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 cup – Grated Jaggery (Use more if needed)
• 5 – 8 pieces -Cashewnuts and Raisins (optional)
• Cardamom powder
Method:
- Roast wheat flour in ghee until golden brown, then cool it.
- Mix jaggery and wheat flour well, using your hands.
- Add cashew nuts, cardamom powder, and raisins.
- You can eat it like this or shape into lemon-sized balls to make ladoos.
- Do this while the mixture is still hot.
