Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Ghee (clarified butter)
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – mixed dry fruits (cashewnuts, Raisins and almonds)
• 5 cups – water

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan or kadhai, and add wheat flour.
  2. Stir the flour till it becomes golden brown and the fat starts leaving the sides.
  3. Add water immediately, followed by sugar.
  4. Continue to stir until it turns into a thick paste – like consistency.
  5. Take off the heat and garnish with dry fruits.
  6. Serve hot.
