Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• a small piece of Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Wash the mint and coriander leaves well.
  2. Scrape and wash the ginger.
  3. Grind all the ingredients together into a smooth chutney.
  4. Served with rice, kebabs etc.
