
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 2 cups – atta
• A pinch of salt
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 cup – Sugar
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Make a stiff dough of the flours, ghee and salt.
- Roll into 1 inch thick rotis and cut into small squares.
- Deep fry till golden.
- Cook sugar and water together till the syrup becomes sticky and forms threads, when taken between two fingers.
- Dip the squares in the syrup and leave for 5 mins.
- Drain and cool.
