Ingredients:

• Chow-chow – 1
• 1 – medium size Carrot
• 10 – green beans
• 1 – small Potato
• 1 cup – plain yogurt
• 1/2 packet – Tofu
• 1/2 tsp – Rice
• 4 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – salt
• Curry leaves – a few

Method:

  1. Cut all the vegetables into 1.5 inch strips.
  2. Cook them with salt till tender.
  3. Blend rice, chilli, cumin, tofu and the yogurt one after another to a smooth mixture.
  4. Add to the vegetables and bring to one boil and remove from the stove. Add curry leaves and stir.
  5. Serve
