Ingredients:
• 1 kg – beef, diced
• 1/2 kg – Potato
• 2 – Onions chopped
• 2 – Tomato chopped
• 2 – green chillies, sliced
• green coriander
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt as per taste
• 100 g – oil
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and cut in long slices. Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- Into the same oil, add the meat with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and ginger garlic paste. Pressure cook for 30 mins till the meat is tender.
- After the meat is cooked, add chopped tomatoes, onions, green coriander and green chillies.
- Stir well. Then add the potatoes. Cook till dry.
