Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Paneer
• 1.5 cup – Milk powder
• 1/2 cup – powdered Sugar
• 2 tbsp – sweet yogurt
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• A pinch of Saffron

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape each portion into laddoos.
  3. Grease a plate with ghee and place these laddoos on it.
  4. Place the plate in a pressure cooker and steam cook for about 12 to 15 mins over low heat.
  5. Cool before serving.
