
Ingredients:
• 500g Chicken
• 100g Yoghurt
• 40g Garlic
• 40g Red Chillies whole
• 5g Green Cardamom
• 5g Cinnamon
• 5g Clove
• 50ml Refined Oil
• 10g Cumin seeds
• 10g Turmeric powder
• 50g Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash chicken and keep it aside.
- Soak red chillies in lukewarm water for 30 mins. Grind garlic, red chillies, cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon and turmeric powder to a fine paste.
- Apply the prepared masala and salt to the chicken and keep it for marinating for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add marinated chicken and stir fry on high flame.
- When all the moisture has evaporated, mix in beaten yogurt and little water and continue cooking on high flame.
- Stir fry till all moisture has evaporated and chicken has cooked.
- Check for seasoning and stir fry till the masala coats the chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
