Ingredients:

• Bread – 8 pieces
• Curd – 4 tsp
• Paneer – 4 tsp
• crushed Coconut
• green chutney
• salt
• oil
• Mustard Seeds

Method:

  1. Cut the sides of the bread.
  2. Mix curd, paneer, crushed coconut and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Take two pieces of bread and put the above mixture on one piece of the bread.
  4. Put some chutney on another piece of bread.
  5. Pour some oil and mustard seeds on the tava. Fry the bread.
