
Ingredients:
• 10 slices sandwich bread
• 50 g – Butter
• 5 tbsp – Caesar salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 5 slices Ham
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup chopped Lettuce leaves
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 tsp – lime/lemon juice
• 5 tbsp – shredded cheese
Method:
- Spread each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter on one side only.
- Place a slice of ham on each bread slice.
- Combine all the other ingredients together.
- Spoon the salad mixture on the ham.
- Top with the other 5 buttered slices.
- Remove the crusts and slice each diagonally.
- Makes 5 sandwiches.
