
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1/2 cup – powdered Sugar
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – Walnut crumbs
• 1/4 cup -jam
Method:
- Mix maida and butter, then add sugar, essence and egg and mix to form a dough.
- Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Roll the balls in walnut crumbs.
- Put the balls in the greased baking dish.
- Press the balls by thumb.
- Put jam in the holes of the balls.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 12 minutes.
- Serve.
