Ingredients:
• 3 big capsicum/green bell pepper diced bite size
• 2 onions, diced
• 1 tbsp of ginger, chopped fine
• 3 tbsp of Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp of Garlic minced
• Salt and Red Chilli powder to taste
• Oil
Method:
- In a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Heat on medium heat and add ginger garlic, stir and fry till it is pink in color.
- Add onions and capsicum and cook until soft but still crunchy.
- Add tomato ketchup and taste it.
- Then add salt if needed.
- Add black pepper, red chilli powder.
- Toss and cook for two minutes more.
- Serve hot on sandwich bun or bread.
