Ingredients:

• 400 ml – Yoghurt
• 100 ml – Milk
• 2- ripe Bananas
• Sugar to taste
• crushed ice
• green Cardamom powder for garnishing

Method:

  1. Place the yoghurt, milk, bananas and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 to 1.5 minute.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend further for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve sprinkled with cardamom powder.
