Ingredients:

• 300 gms – Minced Meat
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Roasted cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 – Green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 – Beaten eggs
• 1 cup – Carrots, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – Broccoli, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• For browning the bhallas:
• 3 tsp – Mustard oil
• 3-4 Broccoli florets, chopped finely

Method:

  1. To prepare the bhallas:
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Divide into four portions and place in a steamer and steam till the eggs allow the bhallas to set.
  4. To brown the bhallas:
  5. Heat the oil and add the broccoli pieces and stir fry while you add the steamed bhallas to the same pan.
  6. Turn the bhallas over once or twice so that all sides are lightly browned.
  7. Serve garnished with stir fried broccoli.
