• 1/2 kg – Cashew nuts, broken into bits
• 250g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Ghee


  1. Grind the sugar into a powder and keep aside.
  2. Roast the cashew nuts slightly and then dry grind them in a blender until smooth.
  3. Melt the powdered sugar with 1/4 cup water in a thick-bottomed pan.
  4. Boil and mix in the ground cashew nuts.
  5. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Now pour it onto a greased plate.
  7. Flatten with a wooden spoon or rolling pin.
  8. Cut into squares or diamond shapes.
