Ingredients:

• Channa – 50 gm
• Capsicum – 1
• Onion – 2 (thinly sliced)
• Tomato – 1 (big with seeds removed and thinly sliced)
• Dressing-
• Mint leaves
• Garlic – 5 flakes
• Coriander leaves
• Green chilli – 3 (if needed you can add as you want)
• Lemon Juice
• Salt to taste
• Mustard powder (if required)
• Olive oil – 2 tsp
• Hot Water – 2 spoon
• MIX THE ABOVE IN A BLENDER.

Method:

  1. Boil the chana with salt.
  2. Add capsicum, onion and tomato and mix them.
  3. Keep it in fridge till required.
  4. Add the dressing before 10 minutes of serving.
