Ingredients:

• Dough:
• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Water to knead
• Filling:
• 250 g – Mozzarella cheese, grated
• 2 – Onions,finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – black pepper powder
• A handful – chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Prepare chappathi dough
  2. Roll out 2 medium sized thick chapatis
  3. Take 4-6 tbsp of the filling and spread on one of the rotis.
  4. Place another one over the spread.
  5. Heat a girdle, apply butter or ghee on it and cook on medium heat until browned.
  6. Turn the roti carefully and cook the other side applying butter or ghee
  7. Serve hot with ketchup
