Ingredients:

• 2 cups – macaroni, boiled
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 1/2 cup – cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/4 cup – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – garlic, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Some grated cheese for topping

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan and add the onions and garlic; saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato puree and ketchup and stir for a few minutes. Add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
  4. Place on a serving plate and sprinkle some cheese on top.
  5. Serve hot.
