
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled and shredded Chicken
• 8 slices of sandwich bread of your choice
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 large Onion thinly sliced into rings
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 4 tsp – Mint chutney
Method:
- Mix the shredded chicken with the mint chutney and lime juice. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread the chicken and mint chutney mixture liberally on 4 slices of bread.
- Lay the onion slices on this then top with the remaining slices of bread buttered side down.
- Trim the edges.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
