• 1 cup – boiled and shredded Chicken
• 8 slices of sandwich bread of your choice
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 large Onion thinly sliced into rings
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 4 tsp – Mint chutney


  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the mint chutney and lime juice. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Spread the chicken and mint chutney mixture liberally on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Lay the onion slices on this then top with the remaining slices of bread buttered side down.
  4. Trim the edges.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
