Ingredients:

• 6 – Chicken legs, skinned
• 200 g – mushrooms, washed and quartered
• 5 – medium white onions, finely minced
• 8 flakes – garlic, finely minced
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder, for taste
• 5 tbsp – Olive oil, for frying
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano herbs
• 1/2 tsp – basil, dry herbs
• 1/2 tsp – Rosemary herbs
• 3 tbsp – white wine, for taste
• 1 tbsp – white vinegar, for taste
• 1 tsp – salt, for taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken legs and separate the legs into thigh and drumstick.
  2. Fry onions and garlic with salt, till semi fried.
  3. Add mushrooms.
  4. Fry chicken separately in a frying pan, till half brown.
  5. Add chicken to the onions and mushrooms.
  6. Add vinegar, white wine, salt and herbs.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame, until cooked.
