Ingredients:

• Chicken – 800 gm
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Egg – 1
• black pepper – 1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• ajwain – 1 tsp
• red pepper – 1 tsp
• Lime – 1
• chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Onion – 2 sliced round for garnishing

Method:

  1. Wash and prick the chicken with fork. Beat the curd and egg separately. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except lime and chaat masala.
  2. Cover the chicken tightly and keep it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
  3. Set the microwave on grill combination and place the chicken on the grill.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes. Turn over and grill the other side.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and garnish with onion rings and mint leaves. Serve hot with corriander mint chutney.
