Ingredients:
• 6 – hard-boiled eggs, peeled
• 5 – green chillies, slit
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Soy sauce
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Onion
• 3 tbsp – finely chopped Tomatoes
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Deep fry the peeled eggs till golden.
- Drain and keep aside.
- In a wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil.
- Fry onions till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, and pepper powder.
- Add soy sauce, and salt, and simmer for a minute.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and let it boil till the gravy thickens.
- Add egg and coat in the gravy.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with toasted bread.
