Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cooked Rice
• 5 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 2 – Onions, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Coriander- 1 small bunch, chopped
• Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds.
- Then saute the onions until pink and add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and chilli powder.
- Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Remove from heat and add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
