Ingredients:

• 150g – Wheat flour
• 50g – semolina
• 50g – Gram flour (Besan)
• 100g – Pure Ghee
• 2 kg – Ghee (for frying)
• 100 ml – Milk
• 5g – Green Cardamom powder
• 50g – Pistachios
• 50g – Almonds
• 200g – Castor Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour, besan and semolina. Add melted ghee and milk.
  2. Mix well and make balls.
  3. Fry the balls in hot ghee till light brown.
  4. Let the balls come to room temperature.
  5. Powder the balls with the help of a grinder.
  6. Add castor sugar and chopped dry fruits.
