Ingredients:
• 150g – Wheat flour
• 50g – semolina
• 50g – Gram flour (Besan)
• 100g – Pure Ghee
• 2 kg – Ghee (for frying)
• 100 ml – Milk
• 5g – Green Cardamom powder
• 50g – Pistachios
• 50g – Almonds
• 200g – Castor Sugar
Method:
- Mix wheat flour, besan and semolina. Add melted ghee and milk.
- Mix well and make balls.
- Fry the balls in hot ghee till light brown.
- Let the balls come to room temperature.
- Powder the balls with the help of a grinder.
- Add castor sugar and chopped dry fruits.
