
Ingredients:
• 2 cups -rice
• 1 bunch – Cilantro
• 3- 4 – Green chillies (or as per your taste)
• 1.5 tsp -cumin seeds
• 4- Cloves
• 1/2 tsp-cardamom
• 1-onion
• A few Curry leaves
• Juice of 1 Lemon
Method:
- Cook rice with a tsp of oil and allow it to cool.
- Grind cilantro, green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 cloves, and onion.
- Take a little oil in a frying pan and season it with cumin, cloves, cardamom and patha.
- Then add the ground mixture and fry till oil separates.
- Add this to the cooked rice and add salt and mix every thing together.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
