Ingredients:

• 2 cups -rice
• 1 bunch – Cilantro
• 3- 4 – Green chillies (or as per your taste)
• 1.5 tsp -cumin seeds
• 4- Cloves
• 1/2 tsp-cardamom
• 1-onion
• A few Curry leaves
• Juice of 1 Lemon

Method:

  1. Cook rice with a tsp of oil and allow it to cool.
  2. Grind cilantro, green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 cloves, and onion.
  3. Take a little oil in a frying pan and season it with cumin, cloves, cardamom and patha.
  4. Then add the ground mixture and fry till oil separates.
  5. Add this to the cooked rice and add salt and mix every thing together.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well.
