Ingredients:

• 2 cups – sooji
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix 2 cups of sooji in 1 cup of curd, with salt and red chilli, and keep it aside for few mins.
  2. Then take an idli steamer, grease it with oil and pour the batter in the maker.
  3. Steam it for 10 mins.
  4. Instant idli is ready.
