Ingredients:

• Paneer -1 slab [or] 150 gms
• For marinade:
• Turmeric powder-1 tsp
• Garam Masala powder-3 tsp
• Chilli powder -4 tsp
• Salt-to taste
• Curd-200 gms
• For paste:
• 1 big Onion
• 1 big Tomato
• 1 small piece Ginger
• Garlic paste-1 tsp
• Roasted peanuts-100 gms

Method:

  1. Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add curd into it followed by all marinade ingredients.
  2. Shake well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour. Grind the paste ingredients and keep aside.
  3. Meanwhile, take out the paneer from the curd mixture and deep fry them.
  4. Heat oil in kadai and fry the paste till oil appears on the sides of the kadai.
  5. Add the curd mixture into it and fry it for some time until both the mixtures get blended well.
  6. Once done, add the fried paneer and bring to a boil.
  7. Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
