Ingredients:

• 50 g – semolina
• 200 g – all purpose flour
• 150 g – Butter or Ghee
• 150 g – Sugar powder
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• Milk as needed
• 50 g – Cashew nut powder
• 1/2 cup – Almond

Method:

  1. Mix butter and sugar till sugar dissolves.
  2. To this blend all purpose flour, semolina, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Now add cashew nut powder and milk, knead to make soft dough.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Make small or big round balls, press with palm and place an almond in centre of each cookie.
  6. Arrange on a greased baking tray with a gap between the cookies and bake at 150 degree for 20 min.
