
Ingredients:
• 2 – green skinned tender Cucumbers
• 1 tsp – green all-purpose chutney
• Lemon juice to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chill cucumbers so they are crisp to cut. Slice each either into long wedges or flat long strips.
- Sprinkle each with a little sea salt and a dash of lemon juice.
- Apply a thin layer of green chutney.
- Serve fresh and chilled, as a great very low-cal snack, anytime.
