Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Corn kernels
• 1/4 cup – capsicum, cut
• 3 tbsp – Dhania leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour or as required
• salt

Method:

  1. Grind the corn and capsicum together without water.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and make into small tikkis.
  3. Deep fry them and serve hot.
