Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Corn kernels
• 1/4 cup – capsicum, cut
• 3 tbsp – Dhania leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour or as required
• salt
Method:
- Grind the corn and capsicum together without water.
- Add the remaining ingredients and make into small tikkis.
- Deep fry them and serve hot.
