
Ingredients:
• 250 g -sweet Corn
• 1 bunch – Methi leaves
• 1 tsp – kasoori Methi
• 1 tsp – aamchoor powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• oil
Method:
- Boil the sweet corn.
- Soak the methi leaves in salted warm water for 10 minutes.
- Grind the boiled sweet corn in the mixer in to a dry thick paste.
- In a bowl, add the blanched methi leaves, crushed corn, coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, aamchur powder and salt and mix well.
- Make tikkis and shallow fry.
- Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
