Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp – Butter or margarine, softened
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1/8 tsp – pepper
• 1 cup – shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp – Milk
• 1 tbsp – minced fresh Parsley
• 1 tbsp – fresh dill
• 1 cup – all-purpose flour

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the butter, garlic and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in cheese, milk, parsley and dill.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Divide dough into 20 pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a 10 inch log.
  6. Cut each in half and twist together.
  7. Place one inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove to wire racks.
