Ingredients:

• 50 g – Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 200 g – dark chocolates, coarsely chopped
• 300 ml – cream, whisked gently
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp – gelatine

Method:

  1. Soak the gelatine in 1/2 cup of warm water
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar at high speed until white and fluffy
  3. Melt the chocolate over warm water till it has completely melted
  4. Gently add the melted chocolate, vanilla essence and the gelatine to the whisked eggs
  5. Now fold in the whisked cream
  6. Pour into 6 serving cups and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or till the mousse is set
