
Ingredients:
• 50 g – Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 200 g – dark chocolates, coarsely chopped
• 300 ml – cream, whisked gently
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp – gelatine
Method:
- Soak the gelatine in 1/2 cup of warm water
- Whisk the eggs and sugar at high speed until white and fluffy
- Melt the chocolate over warm water till it has completely melted
- Gently add the melted chocolate, vanilla essence and the gelatine to the whisked eggs
- Now fold in the whisked cream
- Pour into 6 serving cups and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or till the mousse is set
