Ingredients:

• 20 gm – Tea leaves
• 40 gm – Sugar
• ice
• 250 ml – drinking soda

Method:

  1. Cook tea leaves in 150 ml water
  2. Add sugar and make a strong decoction
  3. Strain the liquid and leave it to cool.
  4. Pick up a glass and fill with ice
  5. Add half measure decoction
  6. Fill the rest with drinking soda.
  7. Serve chilled with lime wedges.
