Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Spices:
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Water as needed
• Vegetable oil for frying

Method:

  1. Splutter cumin seeds in oil, and saute grated ginger for a minute.
  2. Add chopped chillies and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add all spices and salt, mix well.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Blend wheat flour and coriander leaves and knead a smooth dough
  6. Cover the dough and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
  7. Make 8 lemon sized balls and make patties of about 2.5 inch in diameter.
  8. Deep Fried from both sides.
  9. Serve hot.
